This February, Scouts all over the United States will be celebrating the 115th Anniversary of Scouting in the U.S.
As a part of this celebration Scouts of all faiths set aside one day designated as Scout Sunday and
remember the twelfth point of the Scout Law, “A Scout is Reverent”.
Troop 20 would like to welcome the participation of Troop 15 Revere and Troop 109 Chelsea
in our Scout Sunday observance on February 1, 2015. The Scouts and Leaders of Troop 20 are
looking forward to meeting our brother Scouts and Leaders of Troop 15 and 109.
We will be having a service at the Immaculate Conception Church at 9:00 A.M.
Scouts and Leaders should be at the lower church hall by 8:15 A.M. with Troop and American flags.
Scouts and Leaders should be in proper uniform. We expect 100% participation from all members of Troop 20.
After the service we will have a breakfast in the lower church with our guests from
Troop 15 Revere, Troop 109 Chelsea and church members.
If family members are coming please let us know so we can plan and make sure we have enough food for all.
There is no cost to Troop members and guests. The Troop Committee members will take care of the cost.
Again this year the Committee has gone all out to secure the
finest chef they could afford and it should be a banquet to be remembered.
